Notice of Application and Public Meeting: B18-2025, 7013 Walkers Dr

The purpose of this application is to sever one new lot from an existing agricultural parcel. The proposed lot to be severed would be approximately 3.5ha (8.65 ac) in size with 176m (577.4ft) of frontage onto Walkers Drive, currently used as agricultural land for crop production. The proposed lot to be retained would be approximately 37ha (91.4 ac) in size with 427m (1,401ft) of frontage onto Walkers Drive, currently containing an existing dwelling and outbuilding, as well as lands for agricultural crop production. This application would facilitate the construction of a hospice on its own parcel, required for government funding. The hospice is proposed to contain five (5) suites initially and another five (5) suites in a second phase for a total of ten (10) suites.
