The Committee of Adjustment will hold a public meeting on November 5th, 2026, to consider the following Consent Applications.

| Purpose: |
to execute a surplus farm dwelling severance. The proposed lot to be severed would be approximately 0.9ha (2.2 ac) in size with 20m (65.6 ft) of frontage onto Longwoods Road (County Road 2), currently containing an existing single detached dwelling and detached garage. The dwelling is connected to municipal water services and a private septic system. The proposed lot to be retained would be approximately 27.9ha (69 ac) in size with 309.6m (1,015.7 ft) of frontage onto Longwoods Road, containing agricultural lands for crop production.
The purpose of consents B12-13-14-2026 are for easements providing access for maintenance purposes (hydro, gas, and water).
