Council Approves Temporary Zoning of 3 Industrial Road, Strathroy (Watch Here)
Council approved a temporary zoning by-law amendment for a property on Industrial Road to permit overnight accommodation on temporary basis in the event of a strike
Affordable Housing Project - 273 Frances Street (Watch Here)
Council approved the formation of an Evaluation Committee to review submissions for the proposed affordable housing development at 273 Frances Street. The Evaluation Committee includes: the Manager of Growth and Development, the Manager of Planning for the County of Middlesex, County of Middlesex Procurement, the Director of Community and Development Services, the Director of Economic Development & Community Engagement, the Director of Engineering and Public Works, the Director of IT & Financial Services / Treasurer, and the Chief Administrative Officer.
Gemini Sportsplex - Air Unit Replacement Approved (Watch Here)
Council approved the replacement of the make-up air unit at the Gemini Sportsplex.
Campbellvale Park Drainage Improvements (Watch Here)
Council approved drainage improvements for Campbellvale Park to address water accumulation and improve park usability.
