The Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will hold a public meeting on May 4th, 2026, to consider the following proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

Purpose:

To rezone the property from Low Density Residential (R1) zone to Medium Density Residential (R2) zone with site specific provisions to recognize a 25% parking coverage whereas 20% is permitted, as well as to recognize an existing condition where the side yard setback is 0 m whereas 2 m is required. The purpose of this Amendment is to convert the existing building to permit 6 units and to permit nine (9) parking spaces in the rear yard.
