The Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will hold a public meeting on July 6th, 2026, to consider the following proposed Temporary Re-zoning application. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

Address: 3 Industrial Road, Strathroy
Purpose:To permit a temporary facility to house individuals that are served by the agency. This will be an extension of the existing use of the building as a day program space. The temporary zoning would last for a maximum of 3 years, but it is anticipated to be much shorter timeline as this is only being requested to add a possible labour disruption.
