Notice of Public Information Centre (PIC) – Parkhouse Drive Reconstruction

Please be advised that the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc and Spriet Associates
Engineers & Architects will be hosting a Public Information Centre (PIC):

• May 13th, 2026
• 5:00-7:00PM
• Caradoc Community Centre
  565 Lions Park Drive,
  Mount Brydges, ON N0L 1W0

The project area is along Parkhouse Dr. between Adelaide Rd. and Rougham Rd. and
consists of complete road reconstruction, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, road
widening, watermain, and storm and sanitary sewer systems complete with services up
to the property line. See project map on the backside of this letter.

The PIC is planned to present details of the proposed project to residents within an
open house drop-in format. Design drawings and project materials will be on display,
and members of the project team will be available to answer questions from interested
persons.
