The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Minor Variance Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on June 4, 2026. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

Address:  7847 Scotchmere Drive, Strathroy-Caradoc

Purpose: to seek relief from Section 18.3(4) to permit an agricultural building with a minimum side yard width of 10.3 m (33.8 ft), whereas 15 m (49.2 ft) is required. The application will facilitate the construction of a 21.8 m² (234.6 ft²) agricultural building on the subject property.
