File No.: B8-9-2026 Applicants/Owner: Zelinka Priamo Ltd. Address: 1 Firestone Road, Strathroy Purpose: to sever one lot from an existing industrial parcel. The application is also requesting an access easement on the retained parcel in favour of the severed parcel to utilize the existing access off of High Street East and extending to near the end of Firestone Road. |
