The Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will hold a public meeting on September 21st, 2026, to consider the following proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application for the renewal of a temporary use.

The application proposes to rezone the property from ‘Open Space (OS)’ zone to a site-specific ‘Medium Density Residential (R2-#)’ zone.
The application proposes to amend the zoning on the property to permit a 19 single detached lot in a plan of condominium. As part of this proposal, the applicant is proposing to develop 19 single detached dwellings on a vacant parcel of land. Access to the development is proposed via a private road connecting to Willis Avenue. Each dwelling will provide two (2) parking spaces, with an additional twelve (12) visitor parking spaces proposed in the rear yard. As part of the rezoning application, the applicant is also requesting to reduce the required parking from three (3) spaces to two (2) spaces per dwelling unit.
