The Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will hold a public meeting on August 4th, 2026, to consider the following proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

Purpose:

Proposes to amend the zoning on the property to permit a 47-unit apartment building. Access is proposed through a two-way driveway from Metcalfe Street East. The rezoning application seeks to reduce the front yard setback requirement.
