The Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will hold a public meeting on August 4th, 2026, to consider the following proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

Proposes to amend the zoning on the property to permit a six unit - multiple dwelling block. The parcel is currently vacant, and part of the lot is within the floodway. Access is proposed through a two driveway point from Carrie Street. Nine (9) parking spaces are proposed in the front yard. |
