The Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will hold a public meeting on August 4th, 2026, to consider the following proposed Zoning By-law application. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Map.

The lands are designated ‘Employment’ and with natural heritage overlay in the Official Plan, the property is within the ‘Future Development (FD) zone’. The northwest portion of the property has been identified as having Natural Heritage significance. The applicant does not have a specific development at this time, however, they are requesting that ‘Data Centre’ be added to the list of permitted uses for the site. The applicant is not proposing the zoning by-law amendment to change any of the lot provisions. |
