The Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will hold a public meeting on September 8th, 2026, to consider the following proposed Zoning By-law application. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting.

to establish an indoor crop production operation within the existing building on the property. To facilitate this use, the applicant is requesting that “indoor crop production” be added as a permitted use in the ‘General Industrial (M2) Zone’. This does not include a Cannabis Production Facility. No changes to the existing lot provisions are proposed, as the operation will be entirely contained within the existing building. |
