Traffic Notice – Pike Road

**Update June 11: Pike Road is now fully open for local traffic.

*Update: June 9, 2026: Middlesex County crews are now working on a pipe crossing north of Melbourne Road. This work is expected to be complete by Friday, June 12th end of day. 

The Strathroy Transfer Station will only be accessible via Napperton Drive. View Closure Map Here

*Update June 4, 2026 - Pike Road is expected to reopen on Tuesday, June 9.

Starting June 2, crews will be completing a major road crossing project on Pike Road, just north of the railway tracks.

During this work, access to the Transfer Station will be available only from the Melbourne Road end for the next several days.

Please plan your route accordingly and allow extra travel time when visiting the site.

We will provide an update once the work is complete and full access has been restored.
