Your voter card should arrive by mail by October 19, 2026 at the latest.

Your voter card contains the information you need to access the online and telephone voting system. Please keep your card in a safe place once you receive it.

Need Help Voting?

If you have questions about the upcoming municipal election, need assistance using the telephone or internet voting system, or need to add, update or remove your voter information, help is available through the Voter Help Centre.

The Voter Help Centre can assist with the voting process and general election inquiries, including voter information revisions.
