New Customer Service Centre Set to Open October 5
As redevelopment continues at 137 Frank Street, the Phase 1 Customer Service project is nearing completion, with the new Customer Service Centre set to open to the public on October 5, 2026.
The newly renovated space has been designed to better serve the growing needs of Strathroy-Caradoc residents while providing a more accessible, private and welcoming environment for customer service.
Improvements to the facility include:

A new accessible front entrance.

A completely redesigned Customer Service department to accommodate a growing team and meet accessibility and privacy requirements.

Additional municipal office space.

Interactive Self-Serve Kiosk.

A dedicated meeting room.
Beginning October 5, 2026, residents are encouraged to visit the Customer Service team at 137 Frank Street for a wide range of municipal services and inquiries.
Whether you need to pay your property taxes or water bill, obtain a marriage licence, have a document commissioned, register for a community event, or ask a question about municipal services, the Customer Service team is here to help.
