Cancellation Policies

Written Notice Required
Cancellation 8+ weeks from program start date:
admin fee of $25 or 50% of the program cost, whichever is less.

Cancellation 14-56 days from program start date:
Admin fee $25. Choice between remainder of fee on file as a credit, or half refunded/half on file to be used within one calendar year.

Cancellation 14 from or after program start date:
No refunds given.

Emergency withdrawals or cancellations will be at the discretion of Community Services Department.

Boardroom, Gymnasium, Multi-Purpose Room, Caradoc Community Centre, Pavilions

Full refund will be issued if your event is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the date(s) in question. There will be no refund if cancelled within 30 days.

Licensed Event
$200.00 deposit due at the time of booking toward the balance. Remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event date. $500.00 refundable damage deposit due 14 days prior to the event date (charged to a credit card).

Non Licensed Event
Full payment at time of booking.

West Middlesex Memorial Ice, Gemini Blue and Green Pads

The permit-holder is responsible to pay for 50% of the cost of all ice time regardless of notice given, unless the ice is re-booked by the Community Services Department.

Ice Facility Payment is required at time of booking for “one-off” or “as needed” ice times. Contracts will be billed per the ice allocation policy.

CATCHCORNER bookings are non-refundable.

Including but not limited to rain, flooding and standing water.

Baseball Diamonds, Soccer Fields and other outdoor court cancellations will be posted, and emailed to the conveners or renters for that day by 3pm.

Standing water, soft/spongy ground = cancelled

Emergency cancellations will be at the discretion of Community Services Department.
