The Public Meeting for this application on May 4^th, 2026, has been cancelled and will be rescheduled to a future Public Meeting date.

A Municipal Election will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026, for the offices where a greater number of candidates are certified than are required to fill the offices.

The Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will hold a public meeting on May 19, 2026, to consider the following proposed Zoning By-law application. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Minor Variance Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on May 7, 2026. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

The Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will hold a public meeting on May 4^th, 2026, to consider the following proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

The Municipality is in receipt of an Official Plan amendment application on February 3, 2026, to include the property within the settlement boundary and designate the majority of the lands “Neighborhoods” and lands along Glendon Drive to “Commercial” with the internal park and natural heritage lands being designated ‘Open Space’. Please see attached the Notice of Application and Location Map.

The Downtown Sidewalk Lift and Relay project for Strathroy is moving ahead and can begin as early as April 13, 2026.

Work is scheduled to commence the week of April 13, 2026. To safely complete this work, a full road closure of Queen Street between High Street and English Street is anticipated for approximately five (5) weeks.

The Municipality will be hosting an open house on March 30th for the rezoning of 275 Frances Street which is the Municipal lands being proposed for affordable housing.
